John Lee is a seasoned quality management professional with over 25 years of experience implementing Six Sigma methodologies across multiple industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services.
As a Master Black Belt, John has personally trained over 500 Black Belts and Green Belts, and has led improvement projects resulting in more than $50 million in documented savings for organizations.
John serves as an ASQ certified instructor and has helped design the curriculum for our CSSBB certification program based on real-world applications and the latest ASQ Body of Knowledge requirements.
